“I am a hardworking lazy guy”
What does this mean?! It means that while you are reading this I am out there, working hard at finding new ways in which both you and I can get our work done faster and easier so we can enjoy a more sustained high performance AND a balanced lifestyle. If I can achieve the same results at an effort level of 6/10 rather than 9/10, I am all for it. This is my code, my philosophy!
Like you, I have had my fair share of stressful and long hours in the workplace. I still have a great propensity to be as productive as I can now by immersing myself in my work when work is what I am doing and I enjoy it. I trust that you will find our offerings valuable in both your professional and personal life!

“My Two Passions: Outlook and Cycling!”
As the voicemail message on my cell phone says: ”If I can’t take your call I am either in a workshop or out cycling!”
I come from an industrial engineering background and that, combined my enjoyment of the “ooh” and “aahhh” when people learn a really cool trick in MS Outlook, it makes me enjoy what I do: to help people use MS Outlook more productively based on a systematic workflow process.
Was there life before the Iinternet, cell phones and gadgets? Glad I missed it!
I love mountain biking in the Tokai forest in Cape Town and my Ibis Mojo is my favourite bike!

Logistics and Coordination Specialist
As a single mother with three children, working half days from home is both convenient and stimulating. I enjoy organising and completing events and the constant demands of change between events and people. Positive feedback and emails from happy client is truly energising and has given to me the motivation to be even more efficient and helpful in my ongoing service to our customers.
The following quote by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi best describes my service motto: “Unless a person takes charge of them, both work and free time are likely to be disappointing.” To be productive and organised creates a stress-free environment leaving you feeling in control and helping you to take charge of your life (work and play).

Maintaining and Servicing Clients is Priority # 1
Having been a full time mom and having to wear the hats of different roles that come with the territory, I understand the concept of having to manage time efficiently in order to tackle the various tasks that can spring up at any moment. With a passion for life and getting the best out of it, with the limited resource of time, I saw this role as an opportunity to help other people get the same benefit from life without having to sacrifice themselves along the way.
It is the fact that I am able to contribute to a team that is in the business of helping others that really drives me. With a winning team in place, I am looking forward to driving the business to new heights and with a service motto that reads “I want to help people plan to enjoy the smaller things in life through effective time-management”. My role is to maintain our client data base, so you may hear from me at times to make sure that you are happy with what you got from us and to make sure that we still have the correct contact details for you.

Always looking to help people get productive!
Finding the shortest route between two points is my passion and I am therefore constantly on the lookout for easier and better ways to do things and never forgetting to have fun along the way! My passion continues to develop during the course of the many hats that I have been fortunate to wear during my life. ‘Hats’ have and do include father, husband, programmer, systems analyst, manager, trainer, educator, facilitator, project manager, mentor, coach, Head of HR Systems and not forgetting my virtual PC Pilot!
As time went by under the guise of these different hats I realised that normal time management techniques are no longer effective in coping with the demands of modern day life. It was while looking for new ways to deal with the new world of work that I met Gerrit and the Getting Things Done approach to life. Realising our shared passion for productivity, we teamed up with the vision of delivering practical and tangible productivity enhancing techniques and solutions that can be applied to both the private and working lives of people.
