Getting your work done – easier, faster, and better.
“This will make my life so much easier.”
(We hear this from every single group doing Outlook Productivity.)
The Purpose of Outlook Productivity
It’s very simple: To help you manage your workload even more efficiently.
- eliminate email-overwhelm
- stay on top of your priorities even when things change all the time
- stay focused in a whirlwind of distraction
- find information in a flash
- have more productive meetings
- manage your small projects more effectively.
As a Result
You will be happier and more productive. You will be less stressed and in control.
You make better decisions as you clarify your actions and priorities.
On average, save 40 minutes per day – that’s one extra month of productive work every year.
Your work mode changes from reactive to proactive. You respond rather than react.
As you share your new knowledge with colleagues you get on the same page for dealing with email and other communication protocols.
Managing small projects becomes a breeze. Plan, communicate, collaborate, and track using software you already have.
Meetings will deliver results. Gone are the days of fuzzy agendas and time-wasting activities.
You will use Outlook as a true business productivity tool and not just for email and meetings like most other people in most other organisations.
Your life gets easier. You are happier, and less stressed. You are relaxed yet focused. You get things done. You become even more successful while you are preparing yourself for the next phase of your career.
Your team to help you make this happen
I’m Gerrit Cloete (on the left), with colleague Duncan Hattingh. We’ve been doing this work since 2003, helping more than 13 000 people in 320+ companies in 12 countries to get their work done easier, faster, and better. IN this 5-minut video we explain the essence of Outlook Productivity.
Who is this programme for?
For you, if you want to:
- want to get your work done easier, faster and better.
- can work on your own.
- enjoy working in a structured programme as part of a group of colleagues.
- are willing to do what it takes to get the results you want. This includes completing self-study as per schedule, and actively participating in six live workshops one week apart. Your time commitment per week is about 90 minutes for self-study and 50 minutes for the workshops.
How do we work together? What is expected from your side?
You will join a group of 10-15 people.
People like our hybrid online format combining the flexibility of independent self-study with the support of colleagues in group workshops.
On-demand self-study. You gain new knowledge and skills when it suits you. Our video lessons are no longer than 5 minutes, so you can easily consume, and embed your new practices in bite-sized bits. This requires only 90 minutes per week. The content is yours 24/7 for 6 months.
We have six weekly live, interactive, facilitator-led workshops of 50 minutes each – opportunities to learn from each other, present your progress to the group, get input and recommendations from your colleagues and the facilitator. We also take a deeper dive into content and time-saving shortcuts.
We enable learning in the flow of work. A dedicated keyword search engine helps you to find what you want when you need it – in seconds.
Individual tuition. You get half an hour of private consultation with one of our facilitators for a productivity “check-up and tune-up”.
You can join our weekly Productivity Pit Stop Open Forum for as long as you want. It’s a Q&A format with an educational slot based on the theme of the month.
How do we increase your chances of success?
Outlook Productivity is like a three-legged stewing pot (called a ‘potjie’ in Southern Africa.).
It is built for success, standing on three legs: Content, Workplace implementation, Support.
Content: Available 24/7 on all devices for 6 months. Microlearning lessons make for easy learning.
Workplace implementation: You immediately implement what you learn, in real time.
Support: The live group workshops are opportunities for support and learning from others. You can contact us directly at any time during implementation. Join our weekly Outlook Productivity Open Forum to share and learn.
You’ve been on many programmes already – how is our approach different?
We don’t just give you information and hope you will do something about it.
We work with you until you achieve the productivity transformation you want. Even if it takes us beyond the final workshop of you programme.
Our approach and system have stood the test of time. Since 2003, more than 13 000 people in 320+ companies in 12 countries have relied on it to get and stay more productive.
